After seven long weeks without a fixture, the Scarborough Ladies U16s were finally back in action at the weekend— and what a morning for it. Under bright, welcome sunshine, the team travelled to Malton to take on Old Malton St Mary’s. Despite the excitement of returning to the pitch, the game didn’t quite go Scarborough’s way. Malton took their chances well and came away 4–1 winners. While the result wasn’t what the girls had hoped for, it was good to be back out there — playing, competing, and enjoying football together again.
