Today I collected my car from here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. The entire team are incredible, especially Tim, Holly and Peter who helped with the process of purchasing my car. It was absolutely stress-free and I really appreciate their experience and knowledge which helped me make my decision. They answered my dozens and dozens of questions honestly and clearly, listening to everything I said. The car itself was everything I hoped for, ready for collection quickly, spotless inside and out, and nothing to fault at all. Truly wonderful customer service from start to finish. I bought the second cheapest car they had to offer however feel I was treated as if it were the most expensive. Looked after from start to finish, and nothing too much trouble. I part exchanged my old car, (for which I got a good price), and purchased a wonderful little VW which was prepared very well. I might also add I drove over 300 miles each way, and as such they put my mind at ease with answers to questions and prompt replies. I would recommend this garage 100% and only wish I’d found it sooner, (and it be a touch closer to home)! The easiest 5* I’ve ever awarded, perfect.
